How do I log in?
- Click on the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
- Click on My Account
- Enter your email address and click send link
- You will receive a ‘magic link’ by email which will allow you to log in securely without the need for a password.
- If you do not appear to have received an email within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk folders as this type of mail and you’ll likely find it there.
How do I cancel a booking?
Unfortunately at the present time none of our fields accept cancellations. However, if your booking is more than 2 days away you will able to log-in to your account and move the walk to another time.
I can’t find my booking/access code. Where is it?
It’s very unlikely that an email hasn’t been sent to you. In most cases if you can’t find one of our emails in your Inbox, you’ll find them in your Spam/Junk folder. We recommend finding these emails and marking them as safe which should prevent this happening again.
How long can I book a field for?
This depends on the field you are booking. Most fields can be booked for between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
How do I review all my bookings?
Log in to your account and your current and past bookings will be displayed in the My Account section.
